Our 1.1” Blue Roof Stormwater Discharge Delay (SDD) Board integrates with raised roof drains to provide water storage and stormwater discharge delay.
Specific to this product, it:
is a lightweight, sub-surface structural drainage module used where a high capture and discharge rate of water and high compressive strength is required
has 62% surface void area with 95% internal void volume, allowing for a high compressive strength system with a large water retention capacity
significantly reduces daily irrigation needs
is designed to withstand loads imposed by mechanical equipment such as bob-cats
is unaffected by molds and algae and has good resistance to oils, acids, alkalis and bitumen
is available in a flexible version, able to conform to curved surfaces
