HG 7511 - SWR Passive Drain-Dam
The Stormwater Retention Passive Drain - Water Dam is used in flat roofs of any construction where water is meant to periodically pool on the roof. It may also be used as an emergency overflow for conventional roofs, draining water when the depth of the water on the roof reaches the water dam height.
Specific to this product, it:
retains water on the roof, allowing the water to build up to a predetermined height while the excess is drained off at a known maximum rate
prevents the overloading of roofs where the building code calls for a specific maximum water build-up depth
provides for efficient drainage of rainwater and prevents debris from entering the drain line
is available with an adjustable height extension up to 4”
