█ Coakley Brothers/Brothers Interiors
Coakley Brothers new stormwater landscape courtyard has native stormwater trees lining the property surrounded by lush native plants. The parking lot and walkways are sloped towards the interior of the parking lot which has microporous pavers that can capture water from site and allow it to infiltrate into the stormwater harvesting cells below. The smart drain technology employed on site allows this system to temporarily detain and release water to help shave off peak flow discharge during rain events.
